If You Want to Do the Greek Islands Right, Start Here
Picking the right Greek island is no small feat—there are dozens of them, and each one tells a totally different story. Enter The Cycladist: a boutique travel design studio that focuses exclusively on the Cyclades (aka the dreamy cluster you’ve definitely seen all over Pinterest). This isn’t a plug-and-play itinerary or a collection of luxury-for-the-sake-of-it villas. The Cycladist offers slow, soulful, seriously thoughtful trip planning grounded in real local know-how. Think a hidden guesthouse on Sifnos, a fourth-generation boat captain on Amorgos, and all the little details you’d never know to ask for. Simply put, if you want to do the Greek Islands right, start here.

Inspiration for a Crafty Summer
Six art school friends. One vintage Fire Island Pines house. Endless imagination. @bamboohousefireisland is the summer project we can’t stop watching—a wildly creative, deeply wholesome renovation diary unfolding in real time. The house? It belonged to August West’s grandfather who built it for just $13,000 back in the 70s. Now the group of friends are bringing it back to life with paintbrushes, fabric scraps, and zero limitations. Think: an RH couch turned into a giant coloring book, revamped dining chairs, denim scrap bouquets, and porch hangs that double as moodboards. Proof that with the right crew and a little creative magic, summer can be a masterpiece.
Stay of the Week

An Intimate and Mythical House in Corsica
Reopened just this spring and radiating old-world Mediterranean quiet, Palazzu Nicrosi is a five-room stay in Corsica that we can't stop thinking about. Tucked into the heart of Cap Corse, the family estate (owned by the same family since 1877) feels like a secret passed down through generations. Mornings begin with homemade breakfast in the dining room, a spread of Corsican classics and recipes pulled straight from the family archives. Afternoons are for sinking into the sea-facing pool or stretching out on the solarium, where the only agenda is watching the blues and greens shift across sky, sea, and scrub. And if you're up for it, opt for an 8-hour walk along the Customs Officers' Trail, which runs from Macinaggio to Centuri and offers (what seem to be!) truly breathtaking views. Consider this an unofficial invitation to slip into a slower pace of living.
