As the year concludes, I find myself pausing to catch my breath and reflect on 2024.
To me, 2024 was a year of building bridges—connecting the lessons of the past with the realities of the present and the excitement for the future.
This was a year of deepening, refining, and quietly building. Perhaps one word to sum up the past 365 days would be alignment. Aligning our actions with our values, our growth with our vision, and our work with the impact we hope to leave behind.
As always, the world moved at a relentless pace, throwing its share of curveballs and challenges. But amid the chaos, I was reminded of the profound impact of intentionality. It was in the quiet moments of reflection and recalibration that clarity emerged—a clarity that not only guided our path forward but also gave us the confidence to focus on what truly matters: creating work that is not just measurable, but meaningful.
This year, we asked ourselves, “What truly matters?” The answers guided not just how we approached our work and growth, but also how we celebrated our wins—both big and small. From welcoming new partnerships to witnessing breakthrough moments for our clients, each achievement gave us a quiet sense of pride (especially when we saw them soar!).
Here are a few highlights I’m particularly proud of as I look back on 2024:
We happily welcomed our new team member, Charlotte Frumkin, while continuing to cultivate the talent and spirit of our early-day champions, McCall Miles and Nicole Schonander.
We had the honor of amplifying the voices of brands that inspire us daily, including Equinox Hotels, Rocco, Sixpenny, Tumble, Figlia, KICKBACK, Pom Pom at Home, Cosmos, Yardsale, The Glass House, Cliik, Retroloop, House of Leon, FUL Foods and more.
We launched new brands like KICKBACK and Rocco, and shared the stories of new-to-us clients like Cosmos and Tumble.
Our clients were featured in top publications and won awards across the board for their creative vision and innovation.
We leaned into creativity, crafting not just campaigns but connections—with our clients, editors, our audience, and each other.
This year also brought a renewed focus on balance. On finding joy not just in the hustle, but in the moments of stillness that fuel our creativity and passion. On creating a workplace that feels as fulfilling as it is productive.
As I pause to appreciate the journey so far, I am filled with gratitude—for my incredible team, for the clients who trust us with their stories, and for each of you who have supported Caro along the way.
2024 was a year of building bridges. In 2025, I can’t wait to see where they take us.
